We are a service based business, initially founded by three principals from different backgrounds, although all business related. We have all experienced the typical issues and struggles of small businesses, and we have all tried to 'do it all by myself'. Well, it does not work. Managing your resources, and that includes your time (especially your time that should be dedicated to your family and your activities outside of the business), is critical to the success of your business.
Having accurate information about your business is also critical to your business. Financial reporting should be of great benefit to you - as an owner or manager (it is not there to please your accountant).
